1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This Terms and Conditions agreement is entered into by and between you and Infinity Financial Coaching LLC, located in the state of Florida. By accessing or using infinityfinancialcoaching.net and financialclaritystack.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, materials, frameworks, worksheets, courses, videos, written materials, branding, and methodologies on this website are the exclusive property of Infinity Financial Coaching LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited without prior written consent.

The parties agree to first attempt informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Sumter County, Florida. Infinity Financial Coaching LLC agrees to pay arbitration fees deemed excessive for the user. Any claim must be brought within one year.

21. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Infinity Financial Coaching LLC be liable for damages exceeding the lesser of $500 or the amount paid by you in the preceding six months.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Financial Coaching LLC from claims arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.
